Responsible for plant operations to ensure maximum quantity and quality in accordance with the company’s operation objectives while maintaining a safe working environment.

Oversees the daily operation of the production processes within the plant.
Operating heavy machinery and equipment to load trucks with co-products.
Lock out tag out, confined space, and hot work permits as required. Must have ability to lift at least 60 pounds, must have the ability to climb ladders and work at heights of at least 30 feet and manage confined space entry.
Responsible for anticipating, diagnosing and repairing all areas of the facility. Performs equipment, instrument and electrical work as needed. Operate heavy equipment including fork lifts, boom lifts and scissor lifts. Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Maintain a safe working manner at all times.
Ability to weld, torch, pump alignment, material handling systems, and forklift experience. Has a general understanding of lockout/tag out (LOTO), confined space entry, hot work, and line break permits. No prior experience required although prior maintenance experience is helpful. A.A., B.S. and/or technical education is preferred. Must have the ability to: lift at least 60 pounds, climb ladders and work at heights of at least 30 feet and manage confined space entry.
