Responsible for plant operations to ensure maximum quantity and quality in accordance with the company’s operation objectives while maintaining a safe working environment.

Oversees the daily operation of the production processes within the plant.
Operating heavy machinery and equipment to load trucks with co-products.
Lock out tag out, confined space, and hot work permits as required. Must have ability to lift at least 60 pounds, must have the ability to climb ladders and work at heights of at least 30 feet and manage confined space entry.
Responsible for loading Dried Distiller Grains in semi-trucks and railcars and loading ethanol in railcar tankers while operating heavy machinery and equipment. Operate a railcar mover and accurately complete railcar and tank car inspections. Keep and record accurate logs while ensure the quality of product being shipped is of excellent standard while working in a safe manner in all areas of the position.
Experience in truck loading and unloading, railcar loading, front end loader, skid loader and railcar mover is preferred.
Contribute to a team effort while focusing on continuous improvement.
Understand and follow standard operating procedures for operation of plant and associated equipment to keep the facility clean and safe. Complete required training.
Must have ability to lift at least 50 pounds, must have the ability to climb ladders and work at heights of at least 30 feet and must have ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
